Job summary

Hilton Orlando is seeking a Banquet Set Up Attendant to prepare and refresh banquet spaces, set tables and chairs according to function requirements, and ensure rooms are clean and inviting for guests.

The role requires a flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays), physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong teamwork and guest-service skills; previous hospitality experience is a plus. Hilton offers travel perks and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in banquet set-up, housekeeping, F&B, event operations, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests by maintaining an upbeat, friendly attitude in all interactions.
• Prepare banquet spaces by setting tables and chairs per function requirements.
• Clean and prep banquet rooms, keeping walls and surfaces spotless.
• Monitor the room and address spills or issues to keep spaces inviting.
