Hilton Garden Inn | CR Hotel #1 LLC is seeking a Banquet Set Up team member to prepare and organize event spaces, ensuring brand standards and procedures are followed. Weekends are required, with flexible availability to support functions.

The role involves setting up tables, linens, centerpieces, and AV gear, along with post-event cleanup and guest service. You will work closely with the Banquet Manager and staff to deliver a seamless experience.

Responsabilités

• Set up and breakdown banquet meeting space per Event Order instructions, including tables, settings, centerpieces, and AV equipment.
• Assist with pre-event preparations and post-event cleanup.
• Support Banquet Manager with pre-event needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of banquet spaces during events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout events.
• Communicate with Banquet Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure guest comfort and verify all event documentation.
• Adhere to brand standards and safety guidelines, including health department rules.
• Assist with any additional duties as assigned.
