Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to ensure the smooth execution of events by preparing and maintaining banquet spaces. This role emphasizes eye for detail, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up and break down event spaces, ensure supplies and equipment are ready, assist guests during events, and report maintenance needs promptly. Experience is not required; training is provided, with opportunities for growth within Concord's hotels.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs
