Job summary

Atrium Hospitality LP in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a part-time banquet/event staff member to support hotel events. You will set up and break down meeting spaces, keep areas guest-ready, and assist with coffee breaks during events.

Responsibilities include transporting materials, supporting F&B service, and ensuring a friendly, efficient guest experience. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day (yes, including coffee breaks).
• Help transport supplies and materials where they need to go—boxes, programs, or décor.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Be the friendly face guests remember—anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.
