Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Banquet/Event Set Up team member to support indoor and outdoor events. You will assist with moving, setting up, and breaking down tables, chairs, stages, tents, speakers, and linens as part of the Banquet/Event Service Team.

You will work closely with the Logistics Manager, operate in varying temperatures, and need availability nights/weekends/holidays; the role is part-time/seasonal with 20-30 hours per week depending on events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or be a current high school senior) or equivalent experience/certifications.
• Prior operations, banquet or event experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
• Availability on nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set-up and breakdown tables, chairs, speakers, stages, tents, etc. for indoor and outdoor events.
• Work with the Logistics Manager to drop tables, chairs & linens at designated locations.
• Clean and organize event spaces after events and ensure proper handling/storage of equipment.
• Operate as part of the Banquet/Event Service Team and Culinary Team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Temperatures can range from 32 F to 100+ F and there may be exposure to loud noises and sustained elements. Working schedule is generally 20-30 hours per week depending on event schedule, with most holidays, nights and weekends.
