Barnsley Resort, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Banquet Houseperson/Set-Up Supervisor to lead a team in creating seamless set-ups for events at our Georgia property. You will coordinate with banquet staff and other departments to execute detailed event plans and maintain a professional banquet area.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as Banquet Houseperson or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Lead and supervise a team of Banquet Housepersons, ensuring efficient set-up and breakdown of event spaces.
