Job summary

The Cincinnati is seeking a banquet setup/houseman to arrange event spaces, tables, and buffets in a luxury hotel setting. You will interact with guests positively and ensure efficient service throughout weddings, corporate events, and holiday parties.

Responsibilities include setting up venues, carrying service ware, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall event operations with a focus on safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in F&B or banquet environment is required.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for events by preparing space, placing table settings, arranging seating, and setting up a buffet.
• Assist with serving and clearing tables, carrying dishes, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Keep glasses filled and replenish utensils as needed.
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown after events.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
