Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of prior experience in food and beverage preferred.
• Must have prior guest service training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience working with POS systems recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a banquet function from setup to breakdown.
• Assist with hiring, development, scheduling, and training of banquet staff.
• Ensure a high level of service for guests.
• Communicate between the client and the banquet team.

Prior experience in food and beverage

Knowledge of proper food handling
