Job summary

The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a Banquet Set Up Attendant to join our pre-opening team. This role involves preparing banquet spaces, setting tables and chairs per function requirements, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment for events.

You will interact with guests in a friendly, proactive manner to ensure a memorable experience. Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays, is required as events occur across various times.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Prepare banquet space with care: Complete table and chair setup according to the requirements for each function
• Ensure a clean and inviting space: Clean and prep banquet rooms, ensuring all walls and surfaces are spotless
• Monitor the room: Keep the banquet area clean, and promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues to ensure an exceptional guest experience
