Atrium Hospitality LP in Greensboro, NC is seeking a part-time banquet server to set up event spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 6 months of experience, safety certifications, physical ability, and flexible hours. Atrium offers a strong benefits package including 401(k), health coverage, PTO, and DailyPay.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and break down banquet spaces per BEOs, including linens and A/V equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with emphasis on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Assist guests professionally and support the event contact during the function.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation and Atrium policies.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism, supporting the event contact throughout the function.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand/walk for entire shift.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
