North Charleston Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Hospitality Team Member in North Charleston, SC. You will set up and refresh event spaces, assist with catering service, and help guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Expect shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, stay on your feet, and work closely with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs as part of the event setup and teardown process.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in event spaces throughout the shift.
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly with team and kitchen staff.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
• Collaborate with others to ensure flawless event execution.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders.
• Keep event spaces guest-ready, including service breaks and coffee stations.
• Transport supplies and materials to where they are needed.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
• Be personable and proactive in addressing guest needs with a smile.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.


• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day (yes, including coffee breaks).


• Help transport supplies and materials where they need to go—boxes, programs, or décor.


• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.


• Be the friendly face guests remember—anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.
