Greensboro Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality is seeking a banquet server to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This part-time role focuses on setting up and breaking down banquet events with precision, coordinating service flow, and guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of banquet food service experience, strong customer service skills, and leadership potential.

• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days).
• Physical stamina—lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china.
• Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting—tech support as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.

• Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting—yes, you’ll be part tech support too.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.
