Job summary

Fiddler's Elbow in Bedminster, NJ is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to support banquet managers and lead the service team during live events. The role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences for members and guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory hospitality experience, strong communication, and a professional presence. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with prior F&B experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality.
• Country club experience preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line leadership to banquet staff during events.
• Coordinate event setup, service flow, and post-event breakdown.
• Assist with staffing, training, and standards to ensure WOW moments.
• Collaborate with managers to exceed member and guest expectations.
