Job summary

Enchantment Sedona is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead service staff for events at the resort. You will oversee setup, service and breakdown, ensuring guest needs are met with speed, courtesy and professionalism.

The role is based in Sedona, AZ, and pays an hourly rate. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior banquet or supervisory experience, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work with BEOs and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior banquet or supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to interpret and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Must be neat and well groomed; professional attitude toward guests, co-workers and management.
• Must maintain current food handler’s certification; flexible, self-motivated and positive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff and organize setup, service and breakdown for functions.
• Check schedule to ensure adequate staffing and that all functions are fully set 30 minutes prior to start.
• Coordinate with kitchen and Banquet Manager on timing, guest needs and menu changes.
• Submit and post banquet invoices and ensure all areas are clean, secure and compliant.
• Foster teamwork and communicate across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
