Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet functions: draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, and clear outlets after service.
• Assist event room setup and food & beverage preparation duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back hall and storerooms; ensure safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide assistance to other staff as needed.
