Job summary

FITLER CLUB LLC is seeking a Banquet Server to interact one-on-one with guests at catered events and provide wine service according to our service standards. Responsibilities include event setup, repositioning catering equipment, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service.

The role requires delivering exceptional service, maintaining knowledge of the menu and preparation methods, and collaborating with the team to address guest needs and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a banquet/catering server in a catering, hotel, or golf club environment.
• Positive attitude with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china/glassware.
• Excellent customer service with knowledge of service, spirits, wine, and food.

Responsibilities

• Consistently follow the Food and Beverage department's steps of service and standards.
• Provide guests at catered events with exceptional service throughout all phases of their experience.
• Maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies following company and health department policies.
• Work as a team and communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff to address guest needs.
