Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Server to join our team in Wisconsin. You will help deliver exceptional dining experiences by setting up banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a professional appearance and service standards.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with POS systems. You must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and available nights and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to carry a tray weighing up to 30 lbs without assistance.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available nights and weekends.
• U.S. Work Authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china.
• Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success.
• During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event.
• Once banquet is complete, remove all linen, silverware, china and trays from space.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

As the Banquet Server, you will provide our guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china
• Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
• During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
• Once banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from space

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You are 18 years or older
• You have refined verbal and written communication skills
• You are able to keep up with a fast paced environment
• You are able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 30lbs without assistance
• You are able to stand and/or walk entire shift
• You have prior knowledge of POS systems
• You are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50lbs
• You are consistently available nights and weekends

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
