The Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort is seeking a Banquet Server to join their team.

The resort, located on Puerto Rico's northern coast, offers a private beachfront with views of the Atlantic Ocean, just 10 minutes from Manuel Morales Beach and 21 miles from central San Juan. Enjoy amenities such as an outdoor lagoon-style pool, made-to-order breakfast, and complimentary evening receptions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in banquet serving and customer service, and be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.

Shift Pattern: Full availability, with rotating shifts throughout the week. Weekends and holidays are required.

Pay Rate: $5.25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Have extensive knowledge of menu offerings.
• Manage guest queries professionally.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing and liquor regulations.
• Ensure all floor stations are well-stocked (mise-en-place).
• Follow proper reporting procedures for any issues.
• Deliver food and beverage orders of a high standard promptly.
• Maintain Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.

Preferred qualifications include experience in food and beverage, cash handling, and knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
