Overview

The Banquet Server will provide exceptional hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They will assist during Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner services, oversee the needs of the banquet rooms, and communicate effectively with guests and the culinary team. The Banquet Server will restock or run items needed for the catering room or banquet line.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$20.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
• Set up and carry chafing pans for food service.
• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, ensuring standards are met.
• Maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations.
• Inventory and restock food and beverage stations as needed.
• Keep event areas and front of house staging areas tidy and organized.
• Participate in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Work independently during slower periods.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Engage in high levels of social contact with guests and staff.
• Work closely with staff and handle patron interactions professionally.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
