Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Banquet Server to join the Food and Beverage team at this luxurious Atlanta property.

Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star hotel features a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (including 127 guest rooms and residences), over 10,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

The Banquet Server will be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring outstanding guest service and supporting the hotel's financial goals. Responsibilities include:

• Setting banquet tables according to event specifications
• Serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
• Maintaining menu knowledge
• Clearing tables after service and transporting items to the stewarding area
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Assisting team members and other departments as needed to foster positive working relationships
• Performing side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
