Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Banquet Server to join the Food and Beverage Team at this luxurious Atlanta property!

Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star hotel is a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (including 127 guest rooms and residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets: a restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring excellent guest service and supporting the hotel's profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Setting banquet tables according to function specifications
• Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
• Maintaining menu knowledge
• Clearing tables after meals and delivering items to the stewarding area
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Assisting team members and other departments as needed to foster positive relationships
• Participating in side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
