Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove is seeking a Banquet Server to assist guests during events, serving food and beverages, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout the affair.

You will help with event setup and breakdown, maintain a neat appearance per Cipriani standards, and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused service culture in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Banquet Server or similar role.

YOUR ROLE AS A BANQUET SERVER

We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our team and ensure our guests are comfortable by serving food and beverages while also answering questions and assisting guests as needed.

Banquet Server responsibilities include serving food and beverages, helping prepare the event space, and cleaning up the event space once the affair is complete.

Ultimately, you will work with guests throughout the event to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed during their time at the banquet.

• Proven work experience as a Banquet Server or similar role
• Courteous and attentive to guests
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs and carrying heavy objects

• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Banquet Server

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education:

High school or equivalent education preferred.

Experience Required:

Minimum one year serving experience required.

Licenses or Certificates:

Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.

Grooming:

All Employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Cipriani standards.
