Hard Rock Biloxi is seeking an enthusiastic server to deliver exceptional guest service in a dynamic casino setting. You will take and fill orders, coordinate with teammates, and help maintain a clean, polished dining environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, a professional image, and strong interpersonal skills, with shifts including weekends and holidays according to business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled.
• Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.
• Performs all necessary side work. Polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items such as condiment's, filling salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc.
• Performs as a team with other Hard Rockers to produce a smoothly run function.
• Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
• Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary, and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner.
• Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
• Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
• Completes assigned side work duties; use of supplies, cleaning and organizing assigned areas.
• Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.
• Upholds the Mission Statement - We create authentic experiences that rock.
• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
