Job summary

Sodexo at ORDA - Belleayre Ski Resort is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver food and beverage services for catered events, meetings, luncheons, dinners and special functions. You will work under the Banquet Captain and Supervisor, supporting setup, service execution and breakdown and adapting to varied service styles from buffets to plated meals.

The role emphasizes attentive, professional guest service, reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per local/state regulations.
• Must hold a valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent).
• Food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service for catered events, meetings, luncheons, dinners and special functions.
• Support event setup, service execution and breakdown under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and work areas.
