Bocatti Experience in Miami is seeking reliable Banquet Servers to deliver professional food and beverage service at private functions, corporate gatherings, and catered events. You will set up service areas, assist guests, and help maintain presentation standards.

This role requires teamwork, good communication, and the ability to stay organized during busy events. You should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service stations per event instructions.
• Welcome guests and provide courteous assistance throughout the event.
• Communicate dietary requests and special instructions to the kitchen team.
• Refill beverages and replenish service supplies as needed.
• Clear dishes and maintain clean, organized banquet areas.
• Coordinate with event coordinators and other servers to keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with event breakdown, equipment collection, and cleanup.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
