Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, linens per BEOs.
• Carry trays of food, pour water and wine for multiple courses.
• Communicate with guests regarding menu questions and dietary needs.
• Set up, clean and maintain tables between courses.
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods.
• Learn buffet, plated, and reception-style services to brand standards.
