Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Server for the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Denver. You will set up banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and clear down after events, delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We seek 2–4 years of food service experience, familiarity with 4- and 5-star venues, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and the ability to work under pressure with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms for functions, including draping, silverware, napkins, and centerpieces.
• Serve food and beverages, bus tables, and clear away after events.
• Break down functions, clean back of house, and organize storerooms.
• Assist with event room setup and maintain stocked workstations.
• Provide accurate information about menu items and accommodate dietary requests.
• Ensure safety and quality checks before serving guests.
