Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Server to deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain a guest-ready dining area. The role supports daily operations with a focus on accuracy, upselling and hospitality while adhering to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage roles preferred.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlets preferred.
• Ability to operate a property management system and handle guest charges.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere.
• Process guest charges and gratuities per standards and procedures.
• Maintain safety, security and knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests receive high-quality product and service.
• Perform daily side work, stocking, and assist with cost control when needed.
• Support brand training and adhere to responsible vendor requirements.
• Other duties as assigned and within capabilities.
