Forest Hills Country Club, a premier private club in Clarkson Valley, Missouri, seeks a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service for weddings, corporate events, and大型 gatherings. You will work closely with banquet and culinary teams to execute events with professionalism and precision in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms with tables, linens, chairs, place settings, and décor according to event specifications.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and beverages in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide attentive, personalized service throughout weddings, receptions, golf tournaments, business meetings, and private events.
• Clear tables, replenish supplies, and maintain a clean, organized event space.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving tables, chairs, and banquet equipment.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and event managers to ensure seamless service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain Forest Hills Country Club's high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and member satisfaction.
