Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and name when possible, initiating a welcoming dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to questions about menu items and specials.
• Present checks accurately and process payments including gratuities per policy.
• Maintain clean station and service areas; communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Set up tables according to event standards and assist with beverage service as needed.
• Follow alcohol service procedures and adhere to safety and cash handling policies.
• Record transactions in the system at the time of order and assist with closing duties.
