The role requires a friendly, professional individual who can work in a fast-paced, upscale environment and maintain high standards of service throughout the meal. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and tables between courses.
• Provide menu knowledge, answer questions, and suggest pairings.
