Job summary

Embassy Suites Cincinnati Rivercenter Covington is seeking a Banquets Server. You will greet guests with warmth, mingle with attendees, and help create memorable events with polished settings.

Prior banquet/hospitality experience is preferred. Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling may be required. Daily Pay and a benefits package are available after the initial waiting period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior banquet service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality to create memorable interactions.
• Mingle with guests and teammates to ensure smooth event service.
• Transform banquet spaces with attention to detail for a polished setting.
• Maintain efficient service, from setup to closing, to keep events on track.
• Handle issues calmly and involve management when needed.
