Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Gather menu information and explain items to guests.
• Follow banquet event orders and note special diets.
• Set up for events with linens, place settings, and buffet items.
• Carry plates of food on trays and serve guests.
• Inspect meeting rooms to meet client specs.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management.
• Notify supervisor of unusual events or missing items.
• Maintain dining experience and replenish utensils and beverages.
