The Westin Indianapolis in downtown Indianapolis seeks a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at weddings, conferences and other events. You will work with the banquet team to ensure smooth execution and anticipate guest needs.

Join a dynamic hospitality environment focused on guest satisfaction, food safety, and professional appearance. Prior serving experience and a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit are preferred, with ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Formación

• Valid Food & Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events.
