The Westin Indianapolis is seeking a Banquet Server to join our events team. You will help deliver memorable service during weddings, conferences, and other ceremonies, ensuring timely food and beverage service and a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during weddings, conferences, and other events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Clear tables, reset banquet area, and maintain tidiness.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Work with banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines.
