Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Palm Springs, CA seeks an attentive Food & Beverage server to deliver friendly, timely service to casino and hotel guests. You will know the menu, wine lists, and specials, and follow the established service sequence.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting stations, assisting teammates, handling receipts, and keeping F&B areas compliant with company standards and regulations. The role requires standing for long periods and working in a smoke-influenced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the property for extended periods.
• Knowledge of menu, specials, beverages, and wine lists.
• Follow the correct sequence of service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Know the menu, specials, beverages, and wine lists.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
• Assist other servers in delivering the best possible service.
• Handle guests' receipts according to internal controls.
• Maintain F&B areas in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all outlets.
• May be assigned to casino and/or hotel Food & Beverage work stations.
