Job summary

Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in Tucson seeks a Banquet Server/Bartender to provide welcoming, attentive service for events. You’ll assist with banquet setup, service, and bartending while upholding the resort’s standards of excellence.

Ideal candidates have prior serving and bartending experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and flexible weekend/holiday availability.

• Previous serving and bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest level of customer service
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards all
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc., for full service of Banquet Events
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for Banquet Events
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
• Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of Banquet Events
• Maintain positive and professional attitude
• Seek council from management when needed
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success
• Follow Health and Safety practices at all times
• Maintain all Liquor and Health Certifications (Title 4 or TIPS)
