Job summary

Asher Adams in Salt Lake City, part of the Davidson Hospitality Group family, seeks a Banquet Server to deliver superb service at weddings, conferences, and events. You will clear, set and reset banquet areas, serve food and beverages, and help ensure smooth event execution with a friendly, proactive approach.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year serving experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year serving experience.

• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during events, weddings, conferences and other functions.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Clear tables, reset banquet spaces, and maintain a tidy event area.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable

• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
