Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC seeks a Banquet Server for our Park City property. You will assist with banquet setup, serve meals, greet guests, and help manage beverage orders across events of 10–200 guests.

We expect you to maintain liquor-regulation knowledge, stay compliant, and communicate clearly. On-call shifts and a strong guest-service mindset are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Food handling certificate.
• Fluent in English (verbal and non-verbal).
• Provide legible communication and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up banquet rooms for 10–200 people and serving meals.
• Greet guests and assist with seating; take beverage orders.
• Input orders into the system when available; document tickets when the system is down.
• Set up, monitor, and break down coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables as required.
• Maintain knowledge of state liquor regulations and ensure compliance.

Life as a Banquet Server:

• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Assists with setting up banquet rooms from 10-200 people and serving meals.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
• Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables.
• Take guests' alcoholic beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, when specified on function requirements.
• Input order into system; legibly document orders when system is down or collect tickets as specified.
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and breakdown for coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables following specified functions according to group requirements.
• Clean all equipment as assigned.

What we're looking for:

• On call schedule
• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Food handling certificate.
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Provide legible communication.
• Compute basic arithmetic.
