Job summary

Streamsong Resort in Florida is seeking a courteous Banquet Server to support set-up, service, and breakdown for events at Streamsong Resort.

You will greet guests, serve meals and beverages, and maintain a clean, safe dining area in accordance with Streamsong policies. A valid driver’s license is required, and prior banquet or food & beverage experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage service and banquet experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Read Banquet Event Order and know how to complete and review for proper set-up.
• Keep station neat and clean while servicing guest per established policies and procedures.
• Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage.
• Use proper in-room clearing and aisle tray break-down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.
• Assist in setting up/breaking down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment as needed.
• Follow all guest check and money-handling procedures when serving a-la-carte and beverage orders.
• May be required to drive vehicle or truck between buildings for event functions and setup.
