Sterling Catering & Events in St. Cloud is hiring Banquet Servers to deliver food, beverages, and outstanding service at a wide range of events. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with flexible part-time or full-time hours, based at the Best Western Kelly Inn in St.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to bend, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to stand and move for up to eight hours.
• Able to speak clearly and listen to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Arrive clean with proper attire.
• Assist in event prep, set up and tear down.
• Serve guests and fulfil needs in a friendly, efficient manner.

Banquet Server Responsibilities:

• Arrive clean with proper attire
• Assist in event preparation, set up and tear down of event area and necessary banquet materials
• Serve guests and fulfil needs/requests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain and clean all prep/storage areas, and banquet materials
• Follow food safety rules

Banquet Server Job Requirements and Required License or Certification:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to bend, lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to eight hours
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to all guests and other staff
