Description

Carolina Country Club, a private platinum private club, is currently hiring Banquet Servers/house set up to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, up to 30 hours per week. We seek outgoing and personable individuals interested in pursuing a server position in an enjoyable, family-oriented environment. The candidate will utilize excellent service skills to connect with members and build friendly, professional relationships with co-workers. If you enjoy meeting new people, providing platinum-level service, and fostering friendly, professional relationships, this job is for you!

Qualifications:

• Open availability throughout the week is a plus (Tuesdays through Sundays, varied as needed)
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated
• Outgoing and personable; able to implement and uphold service standards
• Capable of prioritizing and organizing work assignments
• Ability to interact professionally with all club members and team members
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods
• Ability to set up function spaces with tables, chairs, linens, tableware, etc.
• Maintain professionalism and friendliness at all times
• Flexible to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
