Job Summary: We are looking for a banquet serverto provide table service and hospitality to our banquet guests. They will helpmaintain an efficient, clean, profitable and professional banquet dining room and serving areaby insuring quality service and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the banquet roomsto providetable service and hospitality to our guests
• Take food and beverage orders andserve themaccurately with all details and accompaniments
• Professionally represent the hotel and property when interacting with guests from the community and industry organizations
• Ability to work shifts involvingset up, cleanup, andtear down procedures
• Learn and maintain proper Health Department standards and codes
• Learn and maintain proper food, bar and wine menu knowledge
• Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year prior food and beverage service experience preferred
• Proper uniform is required and must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
• May be required to work varying schedules
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently during workday
