Valor is seeking a banquet server to ensure guests have a positive dining and meeting experience at the property. You will be attentive to guest needs, help create a welcoming atmosphere, and support smooth service across events.
The role requires a high school education, 3–6 months in food/beverage service, and TIPs certification. You will lift and move service wares, work with the team, and follow all safety and service standards to uphold hospitality excellence.

Interact with guests and ensure guests have a great experience when dining and meeting at the property. Be responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Expected to be attentive to guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed, at all times.
Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs. Stand continuously for long periods of time. Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.
