Job summary

Legends Global in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a personable Banquet Server to provide food and beverage service for banquet and arena functions within the Catering Department.

You will follow the Banquet Training Guide, assist with setups, serve with excellent customer service, and maintain equipment cleanliness. The role requires a high school diploma, experience in food service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in the food service industry preferred.
• One+ year of wait staff experience desired.
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow Catering/Banquet training guidelines.
• Provide food and beverage service at events, upholding excellent customer service.

THE ROLE

Provide food and beverage service for banquet and arena functions within the Catering Department, including suite service, reception events, cart service, and other assigned catering functions.

Essential Duties Amd Responsibilities

• Required to read, understand and continually follow the Catering/Osceola Banquet Training Guide
• Obtain Safe Staff training within 90 days of employment
• Fulfill the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO)
• Assist with set up and organization of catered event
• Serve food and beverage at events; provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures of the company including alcohol and uniform policy
• Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must
• Assist with break down and cleanup of catered event
• Maintain all Banquet equipment cleanliness
• Hands-on with all aspects of the Banquet Server duties
• Other duties as assigned

Education And Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the food service industry
• One plus years of wait staff experience
