Sodexo is hiring a Banquet Server in Northern Kentucky. You will provide food and beverage services at catered events, supporting a range of service styles from buffets to plated meals. Join a team that values hospitality, reliability, and guest satisfaction.

The role offers part-time hours with shifts varying by event. You will work under the Banquet Captain/Supervisor and participate in setup, service, and breakdown, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state/local rules.
• A valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS or equivalent) required or to be obtained.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage services to guests at catered events, including meetings, receptions, luncheons, dinners and functions.
• Support service styles from casual buffets to formal plated meals and passed service.
• Assist with event setup, service execution and breakdown under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations and work areas.
• Clear tables, reset place settings and uphold presentation standards.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Banquet Servers play a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by providing attentive, professional, and timely service during events.Banquet Servers work under the direction of the Banquet Captain and Banquet Supervisor and actively participate in event setup, service execution, and breakdown.
