You will play a key role on the front lines of guest experience, ensuring seamless service and elegant presentation across banquets and special events. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership during events.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Handle guest checks, cash, and tip reporting accurately.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Ability to remain guest-focused and calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 10+ pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
