Job summary

Courtyard Greensboro Airport is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Food & Beverage to deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain a guest-ready dining area. This role emphasizes welcoming guests and supporting teams across the outlet operations.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, push/pull up to 60 pounds, and lift 30 pounds as needed. Prior F&B experience and security clearances may be required by policy.

Qualifications

• One year experience in food and beverage position preferred.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred.
• Honesty and trustworthiness essential per policy and security clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere.
• Process guest charges and gratuities per standards and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security practices and be familiar with emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests receive the highest quality product and service.
• Complete daily side work; may assist with ordering, cost control and quality maintenance.
• Maintain certification from brand-approved responsible vendor training program.
