WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Maintain assigned areas in the Front of House, Back of House, or outside casino; Banquet Porter is responsible for cleanliness and appearance of banquet/meeting rooms.
• Perform light-duty cleaning, including sweeping, wiping, mopping, vacuuming, gum removal, trash disposal, cleaning sand urns, and spot cleaning of glass, mirrors, and carpets, as directed.
• Handle emergency clean-up in assigned sections.
• Perform snow removal duties as assigned.
• Return all equipment to proper storage areas.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Operate equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mops, and brooms.

• Maintain high energy levels and take proactive, strategic approaches to issues.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
