Job summary

An upscale casino in Indiana is seeking a Banquet Cleaner responsible for maintaining cleanliness in banquet rooms and assisting with event setups. Duties include inventory management of supplies, coordinating with servers, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service. Experience in high-volume hospitality environments is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid Food Handlers Card and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume, upscale hotel setting.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and IGC Badge required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms as per event orders.
• Assist servers and transport tables and equipment.
